Yes, Halloween came and went in Okinawa. The kids were ready WAY before it was even time to start at 6pm, they are still so excited about Halloween! I'm glad they've grown up as much as they have, yet SO glad they still enjoy the little fun holidays like that.
The kids did a pretty good job picking out costumes this year. Kaitlyn was a "wicked" jester, and Andrew was "Neo" from The Matrix. No one else had on the same costumes!
No more cutesty and pink costumes for Kaity! All her friends are about being scary this year!! And scary it was, I think she made 4 or 5 little kids cry last night! She felt bad though, and would take her mask off so the little kids would stop screaming!!
As for Andrew, he was loving the attention last night too! Everyone thought his costume was pretty cool! He even did the Matrix "slow motion movements" for a few people! It was hilarious!
